Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve issues promptly and professionally
Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and general concerns
Maintain accurate records of interactions in our customer support system
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth customer experiences
Stay informed about company products, policies, and promotions
What We're Looking For:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A patient, empathetic, and positive attitude
Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle multiple tasks
Basic computer skills and comfort using support platforms (training provided)
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
High school diploma or equivalent
