What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve product or service issues promptly and professionally
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience
- Provide feedback to improve processes and customer satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A calm, empathetic, and patient demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Basic computer skills; experience with CRM systems a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent (college a plus)
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
